Food For Education

My students need food that has nutritional value. The protein bars are perfect because my students will get the nutrition that they need.

My Students

My students are amazing. They come from a variety of economic and cultural backgrounds. They range from having mild to severe disabilities. My students come from all over my city to attend our High School. Students travel by bus, trolly, bicycles, and any other method you could imagine. Many are from very low income and poverty. My students want to be more than their parents, and create households enriched in culture, education, and love.

My Project

I am constantly feeding my students. Today I had a student tell be he had not eaten dinner last night or breakfast this morning. He told me that his mother needed tires on her car and that they are going to the grocery store tomorrow. When I saw the opportunity to get food for my students on DonorsChoose, I did not hesitate.

Students deserve to have their nutritional needs met.

If their parents can't do it we can! I will use these bars that are loaded with real nutrition to feed my students. The nutrition bars are great because they look like a cookie, but are really a dense nutrition bar.
