Focusing the Mind for Better Learning

My Project

We know that all kids have growing pains during their school years. Our students are actively looking for an education that suits them. Often they have left other schools because something wasn't working, but they didn't quit. They found our school. I love that about my students.

I teach at a small high school where every student is known.

Our small staff meets regularly find ways to provide them with the tools to help them be kind, thoughtful and grounded individuals. We are creating a 'wellness room' for teachers and staff to facilitate more activities that promote calm and focused minds.
