My Project

I love that my students work their hearts out everyday even though reading is difficult for them. Each of my students has a unique personality that makes our classroom a fun place. We have many interesting conversations in our classroom community.

The SLANT System will be used to provide effective reading instruction to my students.

The SLANT Decodable Books will be used to teach the students to become confident readers. I will use The SLANT Decodable Books to plan my lessons based on the student’s reading needs.

The Wonder Stix Dry Erase Crayons will help me implement multi-sensory teaching by allowing the students to write while verbalizing during a lesson.
