My Students

Ever have so much energy you don't know what to do with it? Imagine being a 5 year old and sitting in a regular chair for 6 hours a day, it's almost impossible. These chairs would allow my students to take breaks, let out their excess energy, increase their motivation and engagement all while being able to get their work done. It can help students become more self-aware of their learning and know when they need to utilize specific chairs. It can help them be in charge of their learning, build confidence, and independence. Help my kindergarten students take control of their learning!

My Project

Have you ever tried sitting in a seat for 6 hours a day? Let me tell you it's hard work. Our students come to school and are asked to sit in a desk for 6 hours a day. These seats will give the students the break they are looking for! They will allow them to refocus their attention, while exerting some of the energy they have built up. Being able to move while you work allows you to focus better. Have you met a 5 year old who isn't constantly moving? Well now they will be able to move, and get their work done at the same time.
