My Project

In my classroom, students are eager to learn and grow every day—but sometimes, the physical environment gets in the way. The constant noise from chairs scraping the floor can be distracting and overwhelming, especially for students who need a quiet space to concentrate. That’s why I’m requesting tennis balls for the bottoms of our chairs—to reduce noise, improve focus, and create a calmer learning atmosphere for everyone.

In addition to minimizing distractions, I want to surround my students with visual tools that reinforce what they’re learning.

By adding colorful and engaging math posters to our classroom walls, students will have daily access to key concepts like multiplication strategies, place value, and problem-solving steps. These visual aids will support different learning styles and help students feel more confident and independent in math.

Together, these small changes—a quieter room and math-rich visuals—will have a big impact. They’ll help create a more supportive and effective learning environment where all students can thrive.
