Help me give my students learn focused note-taking skills and how to interact with them in a meaningful way by providing each student with their own graph paper notebook and access to different color highlighters.
I have some fantastic Algebra 2 students who need a little help learning how to effectively take and use their notes. Most of my students took Algebra 1 two years ago in during remote learning. They have not been explicitly taught note taking skills and how to use their notes as a reference and study tool. By providing each of my students with their own notebook and giving them access to highlighters in class, we will learn strategies and skills that will not only help them this year in Algebra 2, but they will learn skills that will translate to other courses they take in high school and college, as well as in their career.
