My Project
These new materials will help me to teach reading, writing, and math skills with opportunities for hands-on learning through drills and quizzes and timed writing exercises. My students will gain access to materials like the workbooks, that will help to support their learning in the Math lab class. The bookshelf will assist me in displaying the many books I have in my classroom. The bookshelf will give my students easy access to books that can be read in the reading corner on the carpet by the lamp. These items will enhance their learning experience. The ELA Posters will display the concepts we address in class and serve as a study tool and review of vocabulary terms and concepts and help prepare them for future state testing.
The dry-erase easel will enable me to display learning goals and objectives as well as new vocabulary words.
The magnetic dry erase board will allow me to work one-on-one with my students who need math enrichment. The bulletin board border will add color to the room and make the posters more enjoyable to look at. My students will use the notebooks for daily journaling, which enhances their writing skills. They will use the pre-sharpened pencils for writing without the worry of having to sharpen their pencils. The colorful markers will allow me to write color-coded notes on the whiteboard for my students, to help them keep their notes organized and categorized.
