This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students in my class excel in a structured classroom environment using visual schedules, visual supports, sensory input, and multiple learning stations. Our preschool special education classroom is filled with incredible young minds, each with their own strengths, challenges, and learning styles.
These “Calming Colors Easy-Clean Room Dividers” will create clearly defined learning stations, helping my students focus more effectively by reducing visual distractions and sensory overstimulation.
These easy-to-move room dividers will be used to separate our multiple learning stations, allowing me to create flexible, structured spaces throughout the classroom. They will also support occupational therapists during push-in sessions by providing clearly defined areas for therapy within the classroom. With these dividers, I can create a classroom that is not only functional but also comforting, supportive, and responsive to the diverse needs of all my learners.
