My Project
The fidget toys I’m asking for can make a big difference by helping them manage stress, stay on task, and let out some of that restless energy. As a trial, I previously requested a few fidget toys, and they've been a big hit for my high schoolers. When my class begins, the first thing many of my students do is grab their fidget toy of the day. In my computer classes, where students are working independently, it’s easy to get distracted or overwhelmed, and these tools will help them stay focused and in control.
My goal with this project is to create a space where students can focus better and feel less anxious, so they can get through their work more easily and build good study habits.
These fidgets will give them something to do with their hands while they concentrate on their learning.
My students are amazing because they keep pushing through, even when things are tough. Many of them face challenges outside of school, but they show up ready to learn. They’re resilient and work hard, and these tools will help them succeed by making their learning environment a little more comfortable and focused.
