This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project aims to improve the emotional well-being of my students by including interactive play into my math classrooms. We will use the board games to develop communication skills, critical-thinking skills, and foster an accepting learning environment where all students will feel comfortable learning. I would also love to provide my students with some of the essentials, which includes tissues for them to use, disinfecting wipes to provide them with a clean learning environment, and snacks to fuel them for their day of learning. Students will greatly benefit from these items.
