I am truly fortunate to have a job that allows me to inspire students to unleash their creativity through music.
Not many music teachers have the privilege of fostering such passion, and I am deeply grateful for this opportunity.
However, I need your help. I am currently creating this project to replace the broken and worn-out headphones in my classroom. Students rely on headphones to record, edit, and produce their projects without distraction. They allow each student to focus, collaborate, and hear the details that bring their music to life.
Tragically, last year, my district was forced to eliminate the entire arts budget, leaving many students without the essential tools they need to express themselves musically. It is my mission to ensure that every student has access to quality headphones so they can fully immerse themselves in their creative work.
My students are special because, despite the challenges they face at home and in our community, they come to school with resilience, creativity, and a desire to grow—and with the right support, we can help lift them up and show them what they’re capable of.
