This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Despite living in a low-income/high poverty area, my kiddos still deserve the best technology and resources the world has to offer!
I want my students to know that they have what they need, when they need it, to help them learn and grow!
My students are the future of the world, and I want to impact their future by ensuring they have the tools they need to be successful. I can't express to you in a limited number of characters how wonderful and deserving each one of my learners are.
My Project
My students need an ETA hand2mind Daily Math Fluency Kit to increase their math abilities. Every morning, my students are engaged in 45 minutes of daily practice time for math. During this time, my students lack resources to aid them in becoming the best mathematicians they can be.
It is my goal to ensure they have the math skills they need to be successful!
Having one of these ETA kits will help my students attain the math skills they need through building number sense.
As adults, we rarely have to think too long about solving a math problem, and I yearn for my students to have this same math fluency built into them.
