Greetings! I am a teacher in an urban district servicing 6th and 7th grade students between the ages of 11-14. I look forward to providing my students with the highest quality education I can offer. My Project

Flowing into all the positive vibes at Sterrett!

Sterrett is a PBIS school where we try to reward and promote positive behavior.

Our students earn G.R.O.W.L points - being Great, Respectful, Wise, and Leaders. With these points, they can purchase items from the store. Lava lamps are a popular request!

There is a noticeable difference in motivation when students are able to request items they want to see in the school store and have to earn. Help me provide some motivation for our humans to G.R.O.W.L all day and every day!
