Flocabulary is a wonderful resource for enrichment. They take fundamental concepts, like allusion or characterization, and put them in rap videos. Students pay attention to the videos, and sometimes rap along. Flocabulary also provides a variety of printable lesson plans and assessments.
Flocabulary adds a whole new and relevant aspect to the teaching of concepts.
It's a way of introducing or reviewing concepts in a vehicle students are familiar with--rap. I've used it in the past and the enrichment activities and quizzes they have are quite good. They even have videos about important historical events, like 9-11, and current events.
