My Project
My seventh and eighth graders’ reading marathon started slow; at beginning of our school year, many of them had never read a book they liked. Now we are moving and grooving at a steady pace towards our collective goal to increase our reading endurance. I am so proud of how they have identified their “reading posture” - whether it’s pacing, standing, sitting in their chair or on the floor. Please consider donating so our classroom has better options for my marathon readers to settle in and read read read.
Together they will finish the marathon and be prepared to tackle any and all reading challenges that come their way.
