Flexin' to Learn

My Students

My students are a wonderful mix of personalities! They are funny and sweet, charismatic and kind. We have a literacy and STEM focused school, and we are in need of materials to facilitate our learning in and out of the classroom. We are a neighborhood school so many of these students will be here for the duration of their elementary school days. There are many uses for the materials we are asking for throughout our day: math, literacy, science, social studies, etc. Thank you for helping us out!

My Project

I am trying to get flexible seating options including the Flex Space Lounge and Learn Couch and Flex Space Wobble Cushions for my students in kindergarten.

Flexible seating is a great way to increase student learning outcomes, plus still giving them a chance to be a kid.

They are very active and I believe having different seating options would highly benefit them to increase their attention span and giving them the autonomy to choose their own path for learning. Kids move all day long and using flexible seating gives them an outlet to release energy without becoming a distraction to others in the class.
