Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I absolutely love how eager, hardworking, and resilient my students are. Many of them balance school with family responsibilities or part-time jobs, yet they show up every day ready to learn and grow. Their determination to succeed, no matter the challenge, inspires me every single day.
Help me give my students a folding service cart, an outdoor utility cart, and a standing desk to help create a more flexible and supportive learning environment.
The folding service cart will allow us to easily transport class materials and medical equipment during hands-on labs and events. The outdoor utility cart will be used for community outreach activities, health fairs, and pop-up clinics that our students will help lead. The standing desk will support students who focus better while standing, providing them with an ergonomic and comfortable space to engage in their learning.
These resources will help my students take ownership of their learning, build real-world skills, and feel proud of the work they do inside and outside of the classroom. Thank you for believing in them and helping us build a stronger, more engaging learning space!
