My Students
My school is situated along the Avenue of the Giants in California. This beautiful community is a magical, forested setting found on the inside of a community where everyone is family. These students have attended school together their entire lives. They know and love each other as only a small community can.
My students are dedicated and hardworking.
They want to gain the best education so that they can see the world, discover themselves, and return to this beautiful community to make it a better place. They need the necessary materials to make their dreams become a reality.
My Project
My students are starting to return to campus in small pods. They need all the opportunity to make up for lost learning time in the most optimal of environments. I am creating areas within my classroom that allow students to learn in a variety of spaces that makes them feel comfortable.
I am requesting a standing desk as another option for my students.
After all this time at home, seating in a desk again for long periods of time will be difficult. Students will need to be able to accomplish their work while remaining comfortable. I believe that a standing desk is a perfect flexible seating solution.
