Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students are at school for an extended period of time and a lot of that time is spent sitting down. Unfortunately, my classroom does not have the most comfortable chairs. I want to give my students the option to sit comfortably on the floor. I believe having these flexible seating options will impact student performance in a positive manner. They can help students be more comfortable and feel more relaxed while doing their work. I would also use them when I have students work in groups in different sections of the room.
