Help me give my students wobble chairs, bean bag chairs and other flexible seating options for our classroom.

My Project

Flexible seating offers my students choice in where they learn during independent work time. During their independent work time, my students can be found sitting at their tables, under the tables, laying on the floor and other various locations. They are able to choose where they want to work during this time.

When students are comfortable, they remain more focused and on task.

Because I don't require my students to sit at their tables if they don't want, I notice they are less disruptive during this time. They focus and are more engaged in their assignments. Choices of wobble chairs, bean bag chairs, pillows, and yoga ball chairs will allow for them, and their peers to complete their work to the best of their ability.
