My Project

Comfort in the classroom is essential for successful learning; there is a ton of research to support this. Maslow's hierarchy of needs has been proven time and time again that student needs must be met in order to achieve high levels of learning.

These chairs are the beginning of a journey to provide students with comfortable seating that supports a variety of needs such as basic comfort, movement freedom, and collaboration.

Furthermore, students will develop a love for reading if they are more comfortable while reading in class. Students who will especially benefit are those who are "fidgety."
