This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are extremely hardworking, empathetic, caring learners. Currently we have had an influx of new immigrant students to our wonderful already diverse school. English Language Learners learn best when working in groups with their peers.
These flexible seating stools will allow for students to work in collaboratively in groups to enhance their English and overall joy of learning.
Students will be given opportunities to work with their peers in English lessons and Social Emotional Learning lessons to provide support in their success in school and life. When students are excited to learn they retain and implement what they have learned.
