Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In a special education classroom, it is important for students to be able to work in smaller groups and to be able to move around in the classroom in order for them to focus on a lesson. For my students, a group table and flexible seating will help them to achieve the skills necessary to support their academic growth. A group table will allow students to gather together and learn from each other. Flexible seating will allow my students to move around as they need in the classroom allowing them to fully engage in a lesson.
