This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Kindergarten students are very curious and energetic. They are constantly moving, I know these cushions will make learning a little bit easier because they will be more comfortable with their seat choice.
Flexible seating helps keep young minds more alert and focused.
Flexible seating stimulate students' sense of touch. This type of stimulation can help students focus and process information better. Students will be able to move their cushion and use it on the carpet and on their chair. This will give the student an opportunity to have a choice in what type of learning environment they want to be in.
I'm asking for Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to help purchase grade level resources, practice and activities for my students. The resources available on Teachers Pay Teachers are subject-based, grade-level appropriate, relevant, current, and engaging for students.
