My Students
My students come from diverse backgrounds and learning styles. They are excited to return to school and love to learn. They are fun loving and flourish with a hands on learning approach.
They can't wait to be back in school after an unprecedented year!
They miss the face to face learning with their teachers and classmates.
My Project
These flexible seating options will allow my students to be independent and choose where they feel they can learn best. While working independently, students can choose to a different place to work other than their desk.
Due to the pandemic, alternate seating is limited because of the need for physical distancing.
The wobble chairs can be used at their desk and are easily cleaned. The portable desks can be moved to different areas of the class as needed and are easily cleaned as well. The desk and chair bands will help students who need support with focusing.
All of these materials will help my students show ownership and have some control and independence over their own learning.
