My Students
I believe that every single one of my students is capable of excellence! I work daily to instill this belief in each and every one of them. Students are successful when they are in a safe, welcoming environment surrounded by people who love and care about them! My students are hard workers and take their education seriously.
I strive to provide my students with engaging activities to get them excited about learning.
The combination of engaging activities and a safe environment where they can take risks is key to their success.
My Project
Flexible seating gives my students a choice to pick a spot or seat that works best for them. Some students work better on the floor or in different seating options.
Giving my students choice allows them to be comfortable, have a say, and focus on their work.
I have noticed that my students stay on task more when they have the ability to choose where they work. In addition, flexible seating sharpens higher order thinking skills. With this project, you will be helping to set the tone for a healthy learning environment.
