This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me to provide my students with flexible seating options for the classroom! My students love to move their seats while working in collaborative groups in flexible seating. Flexible seating engages the kids and allows them to be comfortable while reading!
This project will allow my students will be able to wiggle in their seat while staying focused and comfortable!
I will rotate the chairs every day so different kids will get to use them each day.
Students also love to use flexible seating for a quick "meta-moment" relaxing/safe place. The flexible seating has been a safe place for students to go and refocus, regroup, and take a moment.
