My Project
Wobble stools, also known as active or balance stools, offer several benefits that can enhance learning in the classroom:

Improved Concentration
The gentle rocking motion of wobble stools helps stimulate the vestibular system, which is responsible for balance and spatial orientation. This movement can increase alertness and help students focus better on their tasks12.
2. Enhanced Posture and Core Strength
Wobble stools encourage dynamic seating, which means students need to engage their core muscles to maintain balance. This helps improve posture and reduces the risk of muscle strain and fatigue2.
3. Increased Movement
Allowing students to move while seated can help them release excess energy and reduce restlessness. This can be particularly beneficial for students who have difficulty sitting still for long periods of time.
4. Sensory Stimulation
The movement provided by wobble stools offers sensory input that can help students with sensory processing needs. This can lead to better sensory integration and overall cognitive function.
5. Inclusive Learning Environment
