My Students
A typical day in my classroom starts off with a hug and a smile! School is a place where my students feel welcome and loved every day.
My kindergarteners come from many different walks of life.
My classroom is composed of a large percentage of students receiving free/reduced price lunch, as well as a variety of ethnic backgrounds.
My sweet, energetic kinders come to school excited and eager to learn. They love reading, playing math games, and investigating during science. Our classroom is a tight community of learners and enjoy spending it together as "family."
My Project
Kindergartners are active 5 and 6 years old students! By providing them with WOBBLE Chairs and inflatable ball chairs, I believe it will keep them actively engaged in lessons and ensure focus is on the activity rather than trying to be comfortable.
Flexible seating provides a sense of autonomy and students will enjoy coming to school where they have freedom of choice and feel safe.
Education is changing, and we must evolve with it. Each student learns differently, and we must provide them with the tools they need for them to succeed.
Having flexible seating will meet the needs of all learners promoting a positive classroom environment ensuring success in our classroom.
