Help me give my students flexible seating to aid in calming their minds from anxiety, restlessness, or frustration so they can be fully engaged in reading, writing, and mathematics!
As a Resource Specialist, I spend my day working with kids with some sort of disability that greatly impacts their learning. These seat wobblers will support my students in allowing them to move and wiggle while stretching their brains and working on necessary life and academic skills that are having difficulties with. For example, several of my students will stand or move around to help them focus.
My goal is to give my students a tool that will aid in their focus on task.
Learning to read, write and do math can be a real challenge and may cause students anxiety or frustration. Having these wobble chair feet will give them an appropriate way to move and calm themselves to help them focus on the academic skill.
