This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are super curious learners who are eager to work and learn in small groups and partnerships. It is important for our students to return to working collaboratively on activities and projects. Since COVID, I understand our students really require flexible seating options and the ability to choose where they are most comfortable learning. They also need more opportunities to move around.
Flexible seating options let kids take charge of their own learning by choosing where and how they sit and listen, work, and learn!
These surf desks and cushions will promote the benefits of flexible seating.
