My Project
At-home learning due to Covid has allowed kids to work and be more creative while laying on couches, beds, floors, etc. Transitioning back to desks has been difficult, and my kids often sit or lay on the floor to get more comfortable.
If awarded these flexible seating options, I know my kids will be more comfortable, thus more productive.
I know my students would greatly appreciate these cushions and wiggle stools over our current concrete floor. These new seating options will also allow them to relax and collaborate with their classmates, which works to strengthen their social-emotional learning as well. Happy kids equal a happy teacher!
