This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are always moving around to get more comfortable in class. They will ask to sit on the floor so they can spread out and get more comfortable. I allow them too because I personally learn better when I am more comfortable. I plan on slowly bringing my whole classroom into a flexible seating format, but for now this will be a foot in the right direction.

I am looking to get the butterfly stools and the bands for on the bottom of regular desk chairs to keep the space comfortable and also provide some fidget room
