it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My co-SLP and I support a hardworking and enthusiastic group of diverse learners. In our elementary speech therapy room, we strive to engage and inspire our students as they work to strengthen and build their communication.
Many of our students struggle with attention and focus.
Traditional desk-and-chair setups can be restrictive and uncomfortable for many students. By introducing flexible seating options, we can offer our students a variety of seating arrangements that cater to different learning styles and preferences. Having different flexible seating options in our therapy room will help students feel more comfortable and in control of their environment, leading to increased engagement and focus.
