This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Something I know about 4th graders is they need to move around! I have been growing my flexible seating collection and I can’t emphasize the difference it has made in learning and engagement in my room.

The classroom yoga balls will let my students get their wiggles out while learning!

I hope to gradually add to my classroom until I have a wide variety of seating options for different student needs. In addition, the yoga balls will allow students to practice sharing to ensure everyone gets a turn. Thank you for your generosity and support!
