This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These wobble chairs will help my more active, distracted and wiggly students be able to focus more while eliminating many distractions within my classroom. Research proves that students (and people) learn better when they are more comfortable.
Flexible seating is a simple yet powerful way to transform traditional classrooms into vibrant hubs of creativity, engagement, and academic success.
For most of my students, school is their happy and comfort place. Providing wobble chairs will make it all the more warm, welcoming and inclusive to all learners. These chairs will help my students be able to stay focused for longer and increase their engagement levels. Additionally it will increase their motivation and allow them to take ownership over their learning.
