My Project
We are in a district with a uniquely diverse student population. In recent years, many Nepali natives have joined our school family. No matter their cultural background, all of my students come to school ready to learn!
My students enjoy getting out of their seats and these materials will help them to do this.
I hope to be able to improve student engagement and motivation by providing the students with floor cushions, clipboards to write on, and plastic placemats for working in stations. Getting the kids out of their desks and working with their peers should make their learning more enjoyable! They will be able to sit on the floor cushions while reading and completing assignments with classmates. In addition, the privacy folders will be used when students are at their seats and will make sure that their work is special and just for them.
