Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating can transform the classroom environment into a dynamic and student-centered space that supports learning in diverse and meaningful ways. Students can choose the seating arrangement that best supports their focus, comfort, and learning style by offering options such as stools, bouncing balls, bistro tables, and a coffee table. Lastly, if you've ever been in education or a classroom, you know that rugs have a short life expectancy. My classroom rug is well-loved and beginning to lose fibers, so a replacement is needed.

Having flexible seating within the classroom leads to increased engagement, improved behavior, and a stronger sense of community.

Your donation will directly contribute to creating a space where all learners feel empowered, comfortable, and motivated to do their best.
