My Students
Our school targets literacy as the basic foundation to enrich our students and provide them with the steps necessary to be successful in their lives. I have a class of eager 8 and 9 year olds that want to learn and master their reading skills.
My class consists of 26 hard working students that are excited to be back in the classroom.
These students each have the passion of learning and the grit to persevere through challenges and hard times. They do their best to meet hard challenges head on.
My Project
My third grade students are enthusiastic readers. They love all genres and look forward to reading time. Flexible Space Comfy Floor Seats allows them to move locations and positions as needed while reading. Flexible seating makes learning fun. Students that are engaged in reading will boost phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension skills.
My third grade students are returning to the classroom from a pandemic and are re-engaging in the love for books.
Help them have the desire to read by providing a comfortable spot for these enthusiastic learners.
Many of students are struggling with anxiety and finding it difficult to sit in a desk all day. By offering flexible seating, my students can be empowered to choose a spot that works best for them and will enhance learning. Students having a soft, comfortable place to read this will allow them to relax and explore books, get lost in a story and develop a love for literacy.
