My Project
Help me give my students Wobble Chairs (stools) for flexible seating in my inclusion classroom to increase focus and participation!
Students should be given the opportunity to WIGGLE and WOBBLE to be able to achieve their best learning!
All students need to wiggle and move around! It's hard to be 7, 8, or 9 years old and be told to sit in a chair at their desk all day! In the 3rd Grade Zen Zebra Classroom, we have many students in this inclusion classroom who need to move around and have flexible seating. We allow students to sit under their desks, lie on the floor while using clipboards, sit on the floor using lap desks, or anywhere they are most comfortable to do their classwork! It also decreases disruptions with peers or distractions when learning in a chosen flexible space. The Wobble Chairs (stools) chosen will be the best products for students to use at their own desk or when working in small group at teacher desks to continue that flexible seating and choice in seating to put the student in the driver seat of their learning giving them the control to choose their special spot to complete work and learn!
The three teachers in our classroom agree that this flexibility increases classroom productivity, participation, and collaboration from all students! My classroom is in need of Wobble Chairs (stools) to continue to allow the students the flexibility they need to be their best learners they can be! Please help us insure they can have the time to wiggle and wobble when learning with these Wobble Chairs (stools)!
