Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For example, flexible seating stools will help give students different seating choices if needed. A lot of my students need flexible seating and it will help them focus in class. Flexible seating allows them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. Flexible seating will allow my students to be more self-aware of the seating types and the environment in which they learn best. I am a first year- Kindergarten teacher and I've realized that many of my students need wobble chairs.
