This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach a bright and enthusiastic group of third-grade students who love to read, write, and explore. Many of them benefit from movement!

I am requesting flexible seating options to allow students to choose seating that meets their individual needs—whether they need to wiggle while they work or gather in a small group for collaboration.

In addition to flexible seating, we need durable headphones. Many of our learning programs are digital, and quality headphones will help students stay focused during independent work and testing without being distracted by surrounding noise.
