This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are diverse learners who love coming to school each day. In our blended, half-day preschool, we have both special education and general education students who come together to learn, many students coming to school for the very first time! Learning to sit and attend activities on the carpet can be difficult.
With flexible seating options, our students would be able to have a choice between different ways to move their bodies in a safe way while still maintaining their focus on learning.
Sitting for long periods of time is hard for little ones, but flexible seating will allow them to learn with the best of their ability!
