Help me give my students flexible seating cushions so they can be comfortable while reading their independent reading books or completing work around the room!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will provide my students with the option to comfortably sit anywhere in the classroom. Flexible seating is incredibly important for students to have the freedom and mobility to continue their learning from somewhere other than their desks. This project also gives students sticky notes and mounting tape so they can participate in anchor chart discussions and add their opinion to any concept we are learning about. Sick season is also all year round in a classroom, so having plenty of tissues on hand will allow for my students to be a little more comfortable at school even when they aren’t feeling their best.
