This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help us get the flexible seating we need in our classroom! A desk chair would help our the para-educator in our classroom who is currently working and using a student chair. A desk chair would provide comfort and more support for our hard working educator. In addition, having more than one seating option such as the saucer chairs, would really allow students more autonomy and choice in how they work. Many students need breaks throughout the day and having comfortable and flexible seating options allow students to learn how to self regulate and learn how they learn best! Help us get flexible seating for all!
