My special education students really enjoy reading when they can choose their flexible seating during our “drop everything and read time”. The only issue is that I don’t have enough options, which sometimes leads to arguments about where they want to sit. I’ve noticed that when they’re comfortable in their seats, they feel more relaxed and are more motivated to read. This boosts their focus and comprehension of the material. My students use visual aids in every subject, and these aids help them organize their ideas and provide checklist for completing task. The Epson printer will provide them with colorful visual aids, which will help visually separate information and color code steps.
When my students have a choice of where to sit and access to colorful, visual aids, they are more engaged in their work and less disruptive to their peers.
The products I have selected will offer them additional seating options. The lightweight seats will allow for more floor seating, enabling students to spread out around the classroom and enjoy more personal space. The Epson printer will ensure that the visuals are vibrant. This project will enhance their experience with print and the extra seating options will support our growth even further!
