My Project

The second graders in my class enjoy flexible seating so that they can have some choice and variety in their learning positions during the school day.

As a school that practices Responsive Classroom, we also have quiet time built into each day as well as Academic Choice time.

They enjoy being able to stretch out, move away from a table, and still continue their learning.

Books are a great way to illustrate with words and images which are the social skills that are critical for our future community leaders.

These books and seating will contribute to enriching the classroom and my students' minds.
