This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have grown so much this year and continue to grow each day. I want to provide them with the opportunity to make more choices in their seating. I want our classroom to feel comfortable, like a second home to them.
My students need new leveled books, Magna-Tiles, and wobble stools.
When they feel comfortable they will continue to learn and grow. Flexible seating will also allow them to learn how they need to individually. We want to add a variety of leveled books to our library as well for the students excelling in reading this year! We are excited for the opportunity to grow our classroom library and have flexible seating options.
