Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a third grade teacher and I am moving into teaching only math and science. I would love to allow my students some flexible seating throughout the school day. The Wobble stools will be for my small group instruction and the colorful stools will be for a math learning center. The rug and yoga balls will allow my students to get out of their seats to complete their work where they are comfortable.

Number talks are a very important in third grade and I want to invite my students to the rug to do number talks each day, I currently do not have a rug big enough to do so in my classroom.

My students and I would be very appreciative of anything that gets donated. All the things we are asking for will help make our classroom a positive, engaging, and welcoming environment.
