My Project
Many studies show that allowing learners to have flexible seating improves their ability to focus and learn. Unfortunately, there is little to no money in school budgets to purchase quality flexible seating. Many of my learners struggle with ADHD and ADD. Flexible seating would greatly improve their ability to focus.
My goal for this project is to obtain quality flexible seating to support my struggling learners.
We are hoping to add foam cubes for seating to our room. Each seating area would allow learners to focus in a learning environment that is tailored to their needs and likes.
I teach in a Title 1 school. I try to provide a comfortable engaging learning environment for my learners. These items would make a huge impact in my classroom instruction.
